In the special session, the keynote was delivered by Dr. K\u00e5re Helge Karstensen, Chief Scientist- SINTEF and Programme Manager of the OPTOCE. IconSWM-CE felicitated the exceptional contributions made by the cement industry in co-processing. The awards were given to 13 Indian cement plants in four categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"list-style:none;\">\n<li>i. Highest Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) achieved,<\/li>\n<li>ii. Highest volume of RDF and plastic waste co-processed,<\/li>\n<li>iii. Highest volume of alternative fuels and raw materials co-processed, and<\/li>\n<li>iv.
